DELIVERY

We provide free delivery on all standard product orders over £45* to mainland UK.

We've tried to keep our delivery prices down as much as possible and offer standard delivery for £4.95 for orders under £45* to mainland UK addresses. We are able to deliver to Northern Ireland for £11.90.

Please note, if you place an order at the weekend, the earliest we can dispatch is the following Monday, therefore delivery timings should be counted from the next working day.

Please note, payments via PayPal sometimes take longer to clear and therefore items will not be dispatched until funds have been received.

*this excludes furniture items including lockers

 

FURNITURE DELIVERY

We use specialist providers for our furniture delivery services and will provide a competitive delivery quote based on each individual order, taking into account the size and weight of items to be delivered and the delivery destination. As such we are unable to include furniture items in our free delivery offer (see standard delivery above).

Many of our furniture items are made to order and can take up to 16 weeks to be delivered. For smaller, in-stock items, we can offer a two working days delivery service. We will provide more accurate lead times as part of the ordering process.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any made-to-order furniture.

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Please allow extra time for delivery at this busy time. Once a parcel has left us we have no control over it and the delivery services are busy little elves, please bear with them.

Order by midnight Monday 18th December 2023 for delivery by Christmas using our Standard Shipping option (£4.95). PLEASE NOTE this is not a guaranteed service but based on the usual UPS turnaround we expect all orders placed by this date to be delivered in time for Christmas.

 

 

COLLECTION

You can also opt to collect your order free of charge from our shop, just select the Collect from Shop shipping option at checkout. Our shop address is:

DESTINATIONS

We currently only ship to locations within the UK. Shipping charges to Northern Ireland vary from mainland UK and will be applied at checkout.
