How do I make a purchase?
You can order through our online shop, over the telephone on 01432 379409, by email on email@example.com or visiting our shop at 18 St Owen Street, Hereford, HR1 2PL
Do I need an account to order?
No, not at all. But if you set up an account we will hold your billing and delivery details and it will make your next order much quicker and easier.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, please just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference and we will ensure your message is included within your order. Please ensure this is done straight after your purchase to avoid disappointment.
How do I know if you have received my order?
You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order and the date of when the order was placed.
How will I know my order has been sent?
You will be sent an email to confirm that your order is on its way.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. If you order at the weekend, the earliest we can ship your order is the following Monday so please count delivery days from the next working day.
At Christmas, please allow extra time for all orders. Once a parcel has left us we have no control over it and the delivery services are busy little elves working as fast as they can, please bear with them.
Why Can't I Use a Discount Code When Paying using PayPal?
It is possible to use a discount code and pay using PayPal but to do this you need to click the grey Checkout button in your cart first, not the PayPal button.
Clicking they grey Checkout button will take you to our main checkout page where you can enter your discount code and still choose to pay using PayPal.
Clicking the PayPal button from the cart page will bypass our checkout screen altogether meaning you miss the chance to enter a discount code, however we are not allowed to remove this option.
