Returns Process

We value easy, hassle-free shopping so we offer free returns in conjunction with PayPal meaning you can shop for interior accessories and homewares with confidence.

PLEASE NOTE: we can only offer Free Returns if you pay for your order using PayPal.

We offer a refund of any unwanted or faulty items within 28 days of purchase, providing goods are unused and returned in their original condition and original packaging. However, some of our furniture items are made-to-order and unfortunately for these items we cannot accept any returns or provide refunds. 


Returns Instructions

By Post:

  1. Complete your returns note
  2. Pack your item/s and the completed returns note in the original packaging
  3. Attach the returns label to the outside of the parcel
  4. Drop off at your local post office and pay for your return
  5. Ensure you obtain proof of postage
  6. We will notify you when we receive your item and have processed your refund (if applicable)
  7. Log in to your PayPal account to claim your return cost refund

It is also possible to return your goods to our shop on 18 St Owen Street, Hereford, HR1 2PL. Please ensure your bring your proof of purchase with you.

 

Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Many of our furniture items are made to order. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any made-to-order furniture.

Gift vouchers are unfortunately not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (a completed returns form is ideal).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service. When you return an item, you will be refunded according to the policy described above.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 18 St Owen Street Hereford, HR1 2PL

Returns will be free if you use the PayPal service whereby you pay for the return and claim your postage refund via your PayPal account. If you choose to use any other method of return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please ensure a proof of postage is obtained for all returns because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Any delivery shipping costs are non-refundable when an item is returned. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
